Before signup
What do I need to get started?
A Google account and a phone or computer. No install, no apps to download, no hardware to buy. Open the site, sign up, and start.
I’m not great with computers — can I still use it?
It’s built for a doctor to use between patients, not to study. Most screens have one main button, and a help page explains everything in short sentences.
My specialty isn’t in the list?
Pick “General practice” and you’re fine — everything works regardless of specialty. If you want yours added, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll add it.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The UI is mobile-first — open a patient file or book an appointment between visits.
Free trial
Can I try every feature in the free month?
Everything is open — patients, appointments, visits, prescriptions, invoices, reports, and stationery design. Nothing is locked behind a higher plan.
What happens when the month ends?
You’ll get a reminder a week before it ends. If you don’t renew, you stop using the system but your data stays fully saved. As soon as you renew, everything is where you left it.
If I stop paying, do I lose my patients?
No. Your clinic data stays stored. An expired subscription only blocks day-to-day use — we do not delete records because you paused.

How do I pay?
You request renewal from inside the system, we contact you, and we agree on the method. No mandatory online payment and no cards.
How do I renew?
When access ends, a renewal page shows a ready WhatsApp link. You message us; we activate your subscription right away.
Features
Can I upload X-rays and lab results?
Yes — upload them to the patient file and open them anytime. Images and PDF files are supported.
Can I print prescriptions with my own design?
Yes — there’s a page where you pick a template, upload your logo, and set your colour and font. No printer? Save the sheet as a PDF and send it to any print shop.
Can I add a secretary?
Yes. Invite staff with limited permissions (for example appointments or invoices) without exposing the full clinical record if you prefer.
Where is my data stored?
Clinical data lives in an encrypted cloud database (Neon Postgres). Attachments sit in private encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2). Access is limited to your account and clinic.
