Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The UI is mobile-first — open a patient file or book an appointment between visits.
Where is my data stored?
Clinical data lives in an encrypted cloud database (Neon Postgres). Attachments sit in private encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2). Access is limited to your account and clinic.
Can I add a secretary?
Yes. Invite staff with limited permissions (for example appointments or invoices) without exposing the full clinical record if you prefer.
How do I renew?
When access ends, a renewal page shows a ready WhatsApp link. You message us; we activate your subscription right away.
If I stop paying, do I lose my patients?
No. Your clinic data stays stored. An expired subscription only blocks day-to-day use — we do not delete records because you paused.
